Polyethylene (PE) Fuse-On Towing Heads
Brewis Engineering’s Polyethylene (PE) Fuse-On Towing Heads are manufactured in-house and engineered for dependable performance in trenchless pipe installation. Machined from solid PE rod for exceptional strength and durability, our range covers pipe diameters from 40mm through to 740mm — with additional sizes available on request.
Each Fuse-On Towing Head features a sealed, high-tensile alloy steel eyebolt to maintain internal pipe cleanliness and ensure secure load transfer during pullback. The rear stepped profile is designed for straightforward butt fusion to SDR9, SDR11 or SDR17.6 pipe as standard, with other SDR ratings manufactured to order. Hollow stem versions are also available, ideal for pipe ballasting or pressure testing applications.
